Active Travel: Norfolk

Post in collaboration with Original Cottages I haven’t been to Norfolk for a while, but I have some great memories of summer on the Broads, as well as Christmas breaks there. It’s a beautiful county, with so much to explore especially if like me, you’re a fan of the great outdoors. If you’re planning an active break there, you’ve chosen a great location!   Running Norfolk is flat. Really flat. So if you like to stretch your legs and run fast, this is a good place to do it. My Top 5 Essential Pieces Of Running Kit

The idea of running is easy. Put your shoes on and get outside and run. It’s great because being outdoors is free. But if we’re honest for a minute, running does cost money. This is a sport that I hope to try out one day;… View Post

So Shape – A Real Experience of Meal …

Nor do I believe that they should be allowed to be sold by just any unqualified individual, in the style of Juice Plus, Herbalife, etc.… View Post

A brief guide to parkrun volunteering

Since moving, I haven’t had the chance to check out Clumber, which is my new local parkrun. I don’t drive, so hopefully at some point we’ll all get up early enough on a Saturday to head over. It feels like I’m a newbie all over again. I know sometimes people find going to parkrun for the first time a bit scary, but my experience is that parkrun volunteering is a great way to get over those nerves as you will naturally get talking to people.     This post was actually inspired by ReeRee of… View Post
