The benefits of running with a friend

I’m still running fine. I had a really enjoyable couple of runs over Easter, including a lovely run in the pouring rain with a local running friend, Laura, on Easter Monday. Yes, that’s right. I keep falling in and out of love with running at the moment. I made the decision a little while back that I was going to do another marathon.
