Cheese and garlic bread recipe

Although I love to cook and bake, until very recently, I had never made bread. I created this yummy delight the other day to accompany pasta. It was surprisingly easy to do so and was still delicious a couple of days after making it. I used this recipe on the BBC Good Food website as inspiration and changed the recipe to suit my store cupboard ingredients and quantity of people. I’m back

It’s been a long time since I have blogged and if any of my loyal readers remain, they will notice that the blog has a new look.
