Before Christmas, I was invited to take part in a Santa 5k Run with Simply Health. Unfortunately, trains and public transport were not my friends that day and I didn’t make it there. However, I ran in spirit, taking part in my local 5k parkrun instead and joining in with the idea of Festive Fitness.
I know we’re well into the new year now, but keeping fit remains important and I’m now well into marathon training. Did I mention I’m doing two marathons? Did I?! Anyway, here’s a handy infographic showing how many calories some fun exercise can burn off.
