I’m in good company as my bestie (I hate that word) of Jog Blog fame amongst others have also been selected.
I’ve mostly eaten chips this week though. This is probably not the criteria of a fitness blogger, but do as I say, not do as I do.
However, with my return to tenpin bowling and a half marathon training regime underway, I’m back on the wagon.
