My Janathon efforts are going to be minimal this year. To be fair, I have several excuses:
- I am 33 weeks pregnant
- I am on crutches for severe pelvic girdle pain
- Other pregnancy related ailments making me feel pretty yucky
Now, I don’t particularly want to start 2014 off with ambulance trips, especially as I had enough of those last year. So I shall undertake minimal exercise when I feel up to it. There are always pelvic floor exercises, but no one needs to read about those. I may perhaps make it to the swimming pool though, we shall see.
In my role of Honourary Cheerleader, I have instead decided to set you all the challenge of a Pyjama Plank. Simply do a plank in your pyjamas and then post a photo as proof. Let’s see who has the best pyjamas!
