I’m now halfway through Mission Clean & Lean Mama and thought it was time for an update on my progress. The plan is fantastic as it’s so realistic, as I said before, it’s about a healthy lifestyle rather than a strict diet.
One of the nicest things about the plan is the fact that you are encouraged to interact and support the other ladies in their efforts. The designated Facebook group is very friendly, and as a foodie, I am always very keen to see food pictures! It’s also a great place to seek recipe inspiration thanks to this and also the suggested meal plans.
Have I lost weight yet? No. Have I lost inches yet? I’m not sure as I didn’t measure myself in week one. But I certainly feel better for following the food plan. I haven’t followed the exercises as closely as some of the girls due to a complication, but I can recommend the exercises that I have done as a gentle way of building strength again and I will continue to do them when the plan has finished.
