I’ve mostly eaten chips this week though. This is probably not the criteria of a fitness blogger, but do as I say, not do as I do. However, with my return to tenpin bowling and a half marathon training regime underway, I’m back on the wagon. Hooray!

I don’t often blog about charity events. However, this is one close to the heart. I have a lovely friend, called Cath. Cath has a lovely boyfriend, called Chris (otherwise known as Mandy). Today, Chris begins the epic journey on bike from John O’ Groats to Lands End. This is 950 miles and he is aiming to complete this in 8 days. Last weekend, I spent a lovely long weekend in Edinburgh with Jimmy. My good friend Emily, from the USA is currently visiting Scotland and we decided that it was a good opportunity to all meet up and have some fun.
