So Shape – A Real Experience of Meal …

Those of you who know me will be aware of my feelings about meal replacements. I don’t like them. I don’t like the idea of them. I think they can promote an unhealthy attitude towards food and I believe that they should only be taken under the supervision of a medical professional. I certainly don’t believe that they should be readily available, masquerading as health food on the high street. Future Fit Childhood Nutrition

Firstly, I feel I must apologise to the lovely folks at Action PR for the tardiness of this post. It’s been a long time coming. Dream Dinner Party In Italy

But I also love all types of food and was recently offered the opportunity to try some products from Goodlife Foods. Goodlife create vegetarian meals and they work with British farmers to source the best vegetables, making them the main feature of a meal. So instead of using meat substitutes, they focus on vegetables.     As regular readers know, I also have a 3-year-old girl. She has always loved her veggies, especially peas, carrots… View Post

Luckily, many London pubs and restaurants get in the spirit of the marathon, offering offers and treats galore for the finishers. Play it right and you could even eat your way around the city for nothing! Royal… View Post
