Goodlife Foods Review

I love meat. If I’m honest, I eat too much of it. I’m a runner, so I’m like “yay protein”. But I also love all types of food and was recently offered the opportunity to try some products from Goodlife Foods. Goodlife create vegetarian meals and they work with British farmers to source the best vegetables, making them the main feature of a meal. So instead of using meat substitutes, they focus on vegetables.     As regular readers know, I also have a 3-year-old girl. She has always loved her veggies, especially peas, carrots… View Post

RUNA Athleisure Wear

A few weeks back, I was given the opportunity to try some clothing from RUNA, an athleisure brand putting an emphasis on ” premium fabrics, cutting-edge prints and unparalleled comfort.” The range includes a selection of leggings, dresses and unisex t-shirts and sweatshirts, made from high performance fabrics. Decathlon Domyos Energy Xtrem Review

I’m a fan of Decathlon. I find it impossible to go into one of their stores and leave without buying anything. Over the years, they’ve served me in running kit, camping equipment and their tennis skirts are great for bowling. The Domyos range at Decathlon is reasonably priced and one of the things I like is the way that all of the items are mix and match. I was sent 3… View Post

Baxters Soup Swap Challenge

If you follow me on Instagram, you’re probably aware that I’ve moved house. The last few weeks have been manic and I still don’t have my kitchen appliances fitted. Moving is a busy and stressful time, so anything that can make meal times easier is a real bonus. Especially when they give you the option of having something hot inside you.     Step forward, Baxters Soup. I was asked to take part in the Souper Swap Challenge, swapping my usual lunch choice for one of the Baxters soups every day for two weeks. My… View Post

Beat Blue Monday with the Philips Wake-up …

It’s January 16th, the day known as “Blue Monday”. Considered to be the most depressing day of the year, many people feel especially low. January is a strange month. We feel excited about the new year and new starts, but many of us feel miserable and sad with the cold weather, long nights, broken resolutions and a long wait until pay-day. It’s enough to make anyone want to stay in bed and hibernate, especially when you find it hard to get out of bed on a dark morning.   I definitely find it hard to… View Post
