One great thing for motivation is to register for a race. I’m now looking at my calendar for next year and I’m pleased to announce that I will be taking part in the North London Half Marathon as a race ambassador.  Taking place at Wembley on 12th March, this out and back route runs Stadium to Stadium from Wembley to Saracens’ Allianz Park.
