It’s time to announce my big challenge for 2018 and this is something that is really going to push me out of my comfort zone. As one of the official Ambassadors for this year’s Swimathon, I will be swimming 1500m at the end of April. Learning to swim properly

I used to swim in school. I even managed to successfully splash my way through the swimming and lifesaving module of my PE GCSE. Not that I was especially good, but I was good enough, despite never learning to swim properly. But, like many people, I haven’t really done much swimming since school. Diving Masterclass with Fusion Lifestyle

It’s been a fantastic few weeks for British sport, not least the fantastic display from our athletes in Rio at this year’s Olympic Games. One of the highlights of the event for me was definitely watching Jack Laugher (silver medal in 3m individual) and Chris Mears take Great Britain’s first gold medal in the synchronised 3 metre springboard. Doing the swim

Let’s get a few things straight. I hate swimming. I loathe it. I like the idea of being a good swimmer, in theory.
