Olympic fever strikes again! I’m really excited about Rio and seeing some of my favourite athletes do what they do best. I was lucky enough to see Usain Bolt run the 200m at the London Anniversary Games last week and back in 2010, I saw Mo Farah tearing up the other side of the road in the Bupa London 10k. I love the way how in sport, the whole country gets wrapped up in the excitement and people are united. It’s fantastic how we can all get behind people doing what they do best, whilst being inspired ourselves. And our top athletes WANT us to be inspired, we should all be moving and having fun.

I love the spirit of the Olympics and in 2012, I really got to be involved and experience the hype and excitement as I was one of the official Torchbearers, taking part in the Olympic Torch Relay, which was one of the coolest experiences of my life – and I didn’t drop the torch.

It’s fair to say that the athletes have fun as well and also really appreciate their fans. We’ve seen some great videos before from some Team GB (how can anyone forget Tom Daly doing Sexy and I Know It?) and this year sees some of our biggest names including Tom Daley, Louis Smith and Nicola Adams taking part in a fun lip sync battle, as a way of saying thank you to their #Superfans.

Check it out below and let me know what you think! Which Team Great Britain superstar would you love to see lip syncing to what song?
